Construction of Lease Terms. The Landlord, property manager or Sub-recipient shall ensure that an incident of actual or threatened domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking shall not be construed as: A serious or repeated violation of a lease for CoC-RR-assisted housing by the victim or threatened victim of such incident; or Good cause for terminating the assistance, tenancy or occupancy rights to CoC-RR-assisted housing of the victim of such incident.
