Common use of Construction of Minimum Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Minimum Improvements. The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property substantially in accordance with the approved Construction Plans and at all times prior to the Maturity Date will maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause the Minimum Improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, in good repair and condition.

Construction of Minimum Improvements. The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property substantially in accordance with the approved Construction Plans and at all times prior to the Maturity Date will operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause the Minimum Improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, in good repair and condition.

Construction of Minimum Improvements. (a) The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property substantially in accordance with the approved Construction Plans and at all times prior to the Maturity Date will operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause the Minimum Improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, thereof in good repair and condition.

Construction of Minimum Improvements. The Subject to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, and Developer’s acquisition of the Development Property, Developer agrees that it will construct construct, or cause to be constructed, the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property substantially in material accordance with the approved Construction Plans and at all times prior to the Maturity Termination Date will operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause the Minimum Improvements to be operated, maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, in good repair and condition.

Construction of Minimum Improvements. The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property substantially in accordance with the approved Construction Plans provisions of this Agreement and will at all times prior to during the Maturity Date will term of this Agreement operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause the Minimum Improvements such improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, in good repair and condition.

Construction of Minimum Improvements. (a) The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property substantially in accordance with the approved Construction Plans and at all times prior to the Maturity Date will operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause the Minimum Improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, thereof in good repair and condition. (b) The Developer and the City anticipate that upon completion, the Minimum Improvements will have a Market Value of approximately $22,400,000.00.
