Construction of Qualified Expenditures. Failure of Grantee to provide copies of the invoices, receipts or other documentation to the City regarding said Qualified Expenditures made to the Property consistent with Section 4 of this Agreement within thirty (30) days after written notice of the default from the City to the Grantee.
