Construction Office; Records. Contractor shall maintain a temporary construction office at the Site during the course of construction of the Facility. Contractor shall maintain at such office a copy of the Specifications, together with construction-related drawings that are developed during the course of the Project. Contractor agrees to provide space for the Safety Director in the temporary construction office. Contractor agrees to remove the temporary construction office from the Site within six months after the Commercial Operation Date. Contractor shall further maintain an office off the Site, which during the Term of this Agreement and the 24 months following the Commercial Operation Date shall serve as a repository for all documents relating to the Project. Contractor shall provide Owner full access to such records during regular business hours in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 5.4.4.
