Common use of Construction Permit Clause in Contracts

Construction Permit. Prior to the start of work, the Subdivider shall obtain a Construction Permit from the City allowing the Subdivider to begin construction within the specified subdivision. The Construction Permit shall be kept valid for the term and any extension of this Agreement. Should the Construction Permit terminate for any reason, before continuing work the Subdivider will be required to revise the plans to meet the current City standards and obtain a new Construction Permit.
