Construction Related Costs. Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, neither the Agent nor Lenders shall be obligated to Tenant with respect to any construction-related costs (including, but not limited to, for any base building work or unfunded TI Allowance) that may be payable by Landlord under the Lease.
