Common use of Construction-Related Liens Clause in Contracts

Construction-Related Liens. The interest of Lessor in the Leased Property shall not be subject to liens for improvements made by Lessee. Any lien filed by any contractor, materialman, laborer or supplier performing work for Lessee shall attach only to Lessee’s interest in the Leased Property. Lessee shall notify in writing any and all Persons contracting or otherwise dealing with Lessee relative to the Leased Property of the provisions of this paragraph prior to commencement of any work in the Leased Property. All persons and entities contracting or otherwise dealing with Lessee relative to the Leased Property are hereby placed on notice of the provisions of this Section 47.4(b).
