Construction Staging Clause Samples

The Construction Staging clause defines the requirements and procedures for organizing and managing the temporary setup of materials, equipment, and work areas on a construction site. It typically outlines where and how contractors can store supplies, position machinery, and establish access routes during the project. By setting clear guidelines for staging, this clause helps prevent site congestion, ensures safety, and minimizes disruptions to ongoing operations or neighboring properties.

The Parties agree to consult in good faith if there is disagreement or uncertainty as to the number of stalls for which the Staging Use Fee should be paid.
