The District will ensure that the Public Improvements are designed and constructed in accordance with the standards and specifications of the City and of other governmental entities having proper jurisdiction. The District will ensure that the Public Improvements it finances, designs, installs and constructs are designed and constructed built in accordance with the applicable standards and specifications of the City City, including without limitation any development improvement agreements or to the standards and specifications of other governmental entities having proper jurisdiction. The District will obtain All Public Improvements conveyed or otherwise dedicated to the City, Water District or CDOT shall be free and clear of any lien, claim, encumbrance or demand and shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction’s approval of civil engineering plans acceptance and will obtain applicable permits for construction and installation of Public Improvements prior to performing such workwarranty procedures.
