Construction Survey Sample Clauses

A Construction Survey clause outlines the requirements and responsibilities for conducting surveys before and during construction activities. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for performing the survey, the standards to be followed, and the types of measurements or markers to be established, such as property boundaries or reference points for building placement.
