Construction Team. The Construction Manager, the Owner’s Architect- Engineer, the Owner’s Commissioning Agent and the Owner, including their representatives, called the "Construction Team", shall work jointly during preconstruction phases and through final construction completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. The Construction Manager shall provide leadership during all project phases to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction. Nothing contained in the Contract Documents shall be construed to create a contractual relationship between any other person or entity other than the Owner and Construction Manager.
