Common use of Construction Work Done by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Construction Work Done by Tenant. All construction work required or permitted to be done by Tenant shall be performed by licensed contractors in a prompt, diligent, and good and workmanlike manner, and shall not materially 22 diminish the value of the Building. Furthermore, all such construction work shall conform in quality and design with the Premises existing as of the time such work is performed. In addition, all such construction work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations, codes and orders of governmental authorities and insurers of the Premises. Tenant or its agents shall obtain and pay for all licenses and permits necessary therefor.
