Common use of Consultant Continuation of Services Clause in Contracts

Consultant Continuation of Services. Except in the event of the District’s failure to make undisputed payment of the Contract Price due Consultant, notwithstanding any disputes between District and Consultant hereunder, Consultant shall continue to provide and perform Consultant Services and authorized Additional Services pending a subsequent resolution of such disputes.
