Consultant Portal. The Engineer shall submit a monthly written progress report to the State’s Project Manager regardless of whether the Engineer is invoicing for that month. The Engineer’s written progress report shall describe activities during the reporting period; activities planned for the following period; problems encountered and actions taken to remedy them; list of meetings attended; and overall status, including a percent complete by task.
