Common use of CONSULTANT RELATIONSHIPS Clause in Contracts

CONSULTANT RELATIONSHIPS. All services provided by the Sub-Consultants shall be performed pursuant to appropriate written agreements between the Consultant and the Sub-Consultants, which shall contain provisions that preserve and protect the rights of the City under this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create any contractual or business relationship between the City and the Sub-Consultants. The Consultant acknowledges that the Sub-Consultants are entirely under his direction, control, supervision, retention and/or discharge.
