PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR The TOWN agrees to pay at the rates specified for SERVICES satisfactorily performed in accordance with this contract. Unless otherwise specified, the CONTRACTOR shall submit an itemized invoice to the TOWN by the end of the month during which SERVICES are performed. Payment will be processed promptly upon receipt and approval by the TOWN of the invoice.

NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.
PAYMENTS TO CONSULTANT 5.1 The total compensation for Consultant’s performance of the Services shall not exceed the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount, based upon the hourly rates shown in Exhibit “C,” entitled “Rate Schedule,” which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
