CONSULTANT TO DELIVER MATERIAL. Upon termination, the CONSULTANT shall deliver to the COUNTY all papers, drawings, models, and other material in which the COUNTY has exclusive rights by virtue hereof or of any business done, or services or work performed or provided by the CONSULTANT on behalf of the COUNTY.
