Consultants, Brokers and Finders. Seller represents that he has not retained any consultant, broker or finder in connection with this transaction. Seller agrees to indemnify and hold Buyer harmless against any claim or liability for any brokerage fees, commissions or finders' fees in connection with the transactions contemplated herein, except to the extent that such liability arose from the acts of Buyer.
