Section 12.3 Sample Clauses

Section 12.3District shall provide tort liability coverage for all employees subject to this Agreement.
Section 12.3. 40 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons, without limitation:
Section 12.3. 30 Employees who resign or are discharged will forfeit all rights and seniority unless their discharge is 31 overturned and they are reinstated.
Section 12.3. 33 In determining whether an employee subject to this Agreement is eligible for participation in a 34 Washington State Public Employees Retirement System, the District shall report all hours worked, 35 whether straight time, overtime, or otherwise.
Section 12.3. 47 The District shall make contributions to the Washington State Unemployment Compensation Fund 48 requisite to providing unemployment benefits for all employees subject to this Agreement.
Section 12.3District shall make required contributions for Worker’s Compensation Insurance on behalf of all 23 employees subject to this Agreement.
Section 12.3. 25 The Association agrees to defend and hold the District harmless against any legal action brought against 26 the District in reference to the Representation Fee deduction. 28 30 ARTICLE XIII 31 32 RETIREMENT, TORT LIABILITY COVERAGE AND INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE 33 34 Section 13.1. 35 The number of hours an employee works determines whether an employee subject to this Agreement is 36 eligible for participation in the Washington State Public EmployeesRetirement System or the School 37 Employees’ Retirement System. The District shall report all allowable hours under Washington State 38 Department of Retirement System guidelines, including all hours worked, whether straight time, overtime 39 or otherwise. 40
Section 12.3State law and SEBB do not provide these optional insurance plans, the employer agrees to 44 provide all eligible employees access to VEBA (Voluntary Employees Benefits Association.)
Section 12.3. 31 All employees subject to this agreement shall be entitled to participate in one tax shelter annuity plan 32 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington. On receipt of a written authorization by an 33 employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions from the 34 employee's salary, and, if applicable, direct the county auditor to make appropriate disbursements to 35 the plan in like manner with other deductions authorized by this agreement.
