Common use of Consultant’s Contract Manager and Other Staffing Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Contract Manager and Other Staffing. Attachment B of each Approved Service Order will identify the following: • The Consultant’s contract manager, and • The Consultant(s) and/or employee(s) of the Consultant principally responsible for providing the Work. Attachment B will also indicate whether any of the identified persons are required to file a Statement of Economic Interests, Form 700 (“Form 700”), provided that the individual does not have a current Form 700 on file with the City Clerk for a separate agreement with the City. Anyone required to file a Form 700 must do so in accordance with the requirements of Subsection 17.2 below.
