Common use of Consultants Excluded from Competition Clause in Contracts

Consultants Excluded from Competition. An outside Consultant or Contractor is prohibited from submitting a response for goods or services requested on a Xxxxxxx County project of which the Consultant or Contractor was a designer or other previous contributor, assisted in developing or drafting specifications, requirements, statements of work, or requests for goods and/or services must be excluded from competing for such procurements. If such, a Consultant or Contractor submits a response, that response shall be prohibited, and disqualified on the basis of conflict of interest, no matter when the conflict is discovered by Xxxxxxx County.
