Consultant’s Good Standing. Consultant hereby warrants and represents that it is an Arizona corporation, licensed to do business in the state of Arizona and currently in good standing, and that it is not now in violation of any agreement, instrument, contract, law, rule or regulation by which Consultant is bound.
