CONSULTANT’S REPORTS OR MEETINGS. (Choose either Option 1 or Option 2) (Option 1 - Use paragraphs A & B below for standard AGREEMENTs) A. CONSULTANT shall submit progress reports at least once a month. The report should be sufficiently detailed for the LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator to determine, if CONSULTANT is performing to expectations, or is on schedule; to provide communication of interim findings, and to sufficiently address any difficulties or special problems encountered, so remedies can be developed. B. CONSULTANT’s Project Manager shall meet with LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator, as needed, to discuss progress on the AGREEMENT. (Option 2 - Use paragraphs A & B below for on-call AGREEMENTs) A. CONSULTANT shall submit progress reports on each specific project in accordance with the Task Order. These reports shall be submitted at least once a month. The report should be sufficiently detailed for LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator to determine, if CONSULTANT is performing to expectations, or is on schedule; to provide communication of interim findings, and to sufficiently address any difficulties or special problems encountered, so remedies can be developed.
