Public Meetings. The Governing Board is subject to and shall comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq., and any subsequent amendment thereof. The Governing Board shall conduct regular meetings consistent with principles of transparency and avoidance of actual or apparent conflicts of interest in the governance of the Charter School.
Public Meetings. Schedule public meetings for purposes of governance activities and adopting the Annual Service Plan and Budget Plan.
Public Meetings. GRANTEE agrees that upon its execution of this Agreement, all meetings of GRANTEE’s governing board and committees pertaining to the APPLICATION, this Agreement, and the expenditure of funds received pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, open to the public at all times, and that full and complete minutes shall be promptly recorded, retained, and open to public inspection and copying. Reasonable notice of meetings shall be given pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes.
Public Meetings. The Engineer shall plan, coordinate, execute, and document public meetings at a mutually agreed upon location within the corridor to relay the purpose and process of the project study, to present data collection, and introduce and solicit feedback on the proposed recommendations of the study. The Engineer shall develop the meeting notice and advertise the public meetings. The Engineer shall send meeting notices to all adjacent properties within the study area. Public meeting publicity includes development of a meeting notice in English, Spanish, and any other language deemed representative of the area’s population that captures the attention of the public. The Engineer shall develop and distribute an electronic notice for local xxxxxxxx, municipalities, and others, as appropriate, to distribute electronically. The Engineer shall distribute all official meeting notices and conduct the meetings. The Engineer shall place two legal notice advertisements in the legal section of the most widely distributed newspaper in the corridor approximately 30 days prior to the meeting and again 10 days prior to each set of meetings. The legal notice shall be in English, Spanish, and any other language as identified in the work authorization. The Engineer shall prepare directional signage for the traveling public to guide them to the public meeting location (a minimum of four signs) as well as appropriate directional signage in the building. Exhibits for the first meeting shall include existing conditions, mobility and safety issues, project goals and objectives, and the project schedule. Exhibits for the second meeting shall include the previous exhibits plus layouts of the proposed transportation improvement recommendations in a 1:200 scale or of a scale so that the public can clearly see driveways. Public Meetings. All meetings of the school's governing body shall be open to the public pursuant to s. 286.011, Florida Statutes (2005). As to all meetings of the School for which minutes are required pursuant to Florida law, the School shall forward a copy of minutes to the Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the meeting.
Public Meetings. The County will strive to encourage persons with HIV/AIDS, their families and advocates to express their views and ideas of what they perceive as community development and housing needs in the County through the above mentioned priority-setting processes. The County will include a discussion of HOPWA in its meetings for its Annual Action Plan. Meeting participants will be provided with information about the HOPWA program, amount of HOPWA funds available, eligible activities, and the application process. In addition, the County shall cause an annual meeting to be held for coordination of HIV/AIDS programs. County shall ensure that the annual meeting is widely publicized and open to the public. The annual public meeting will be held to advise residents and nonprofit organizations of program requirements and processes to be followed in developing and approving applications for federal grant programs, including HOPWA. County shall provide meeting participants with information about the HOPWA program, funds available for both housing and community development activities and for planning and administrative activities. County shall make information available to citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties, including the specific amount of assistance the County expects to receive and the range of eligible activities that may be undertaken. County shall publish this information in the non-legal section of one or more newspapers of general circulation at least thirty (30) days prior to the date applications for funding are due. The City may conduct additional public meetings at various stages of the funding process. Meetings will be scheduled at times and locations that permit broad participation by very low and low-income persons. When needed or upon request, translators will be made available for non-English speaking attendees and the hearing-impaired.
Public Meetings. In the course of the development or substantial revision of a Development Plan, Basic Planning Statement, other land use plan, and (or) resource management plan, the Board shall hold public meetings to receive comments and submissions. The Board may provide information to interested parties, and to persons attending the public meetings, to allow for informed discussion and comment on the issues being considered by the Board. In particular, in regard to resource management plans or resolutions respecting renewable resources, the Board shall hold public meetings or otherwise consult with the fur councils, fishermen's associations, and other resource users active in the Resource Management Area.
Public Meetings. LM will conduct periodic public meetings to discuss implementation of the remedy and other site activities. These meetings will provide information about activities being conducted at the site and will present the results of site inspections, monitoring, and maintenance. The RFSC currently supports LM public communication by hosting meetings on a quarterly basis where LM reports on monitoring and maintenance activities. Additional public meetings may be conducted as warranted. LM will post notification of such public meetings on the LM website and distribute electronic notification to engaged stakeholders and the local media. LM may also utilize paid advertising in local media to publicize public meetings of broad community interest. XX also welcomes direct communication concerning Rocky Flats at any time. Stakeholders may contact the LM site manager or Rocky Flats Public Affairs representative (contact information is in Appendix A). Direct communication may include technical discussions and briefings as requested. Attendance at such technical discussions and briefings is not restricted, and they are open to any interested stakeholder.
Public Meetings. When requested, the Consultant, in collaboration with the City, shall conduct and lead Public Meetings. The Consultant shall prepare and distribute materials, agendas, and minutes for all Public Meetings. The Consultant shall provide meeting materials and agendas that promote a comprehensive understanding of the Project and encourage input. Meeting materials may include, but are not limited to, presentation boards, design drawings, electronic images, renderings, and power point presentations. When meetings are requested to be Hybrid (remote and in-person) the Consultant shall coordinate with the City to provide suitable equipment and additional staff to facilitate both mediums.
Public Meetings. Public meetings will be held to inform the general public about the project and to invite their comments and participation. The first public meeting was held June 15, 2000 to introduce the project to the public. Other public meetings may be held based on public interest or as decided by the direct participants. Public meeting locations will be chosen to provide adequate size and accessibility to all who wish to attend.
