CONSULTANT’S REPORTS OR MEETINGS. A. CONSULTANT shall submit progress reports on each specific project in accordance with the Task Order. The report should be sufficiently detailed for LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator to determine, if CONSULTANT is performing to expectations, or is on schedule; to provide communication of interim findings, and to sufficiently address any difficulties or special problems encountered, so remedies can be developed. B. CONSULTANT’s Project Manager shall meet with LOCAL AGENCY’s Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator, as needed, to discuss progress on the project(s).
