Common use of CONSULTANT’S REPORTS OR MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

CONSULTANT’S REPORTS OR MEETINGS. 4 A. To ensure understanding and performance of the contract objectives, meetings between COUNTY, 5 AGENCIES, and CONSULTANT shall be held in accordance with the terms of each Task Order. All work 6 objectives, CONSULTANT’s work schedule, the terms of the contract and any other related issues may be 7 discussed and/or resolved. CONSULTANT shall keep minutes of meetings and distribute copies of minutes as 8 appropriate.

CONSULTANT shall keep minutes of meetings and distribute copies of minutes as 8 appropriate. Progress reporting shall conform with the contract administration requirements of the COUNTY’s Consulting Services Manual.
