Consultant’s Taxes. Consultant is independently responsible for its obligations for federal, state, and local sales and income taxes, including the Oregon Corporate Activity Tax, and no amount will be chargeable to County for such taxes.

Consultant’s Taxes. All amounts paid to the Consultant hereunder shall be reported to the Internal Revenue Service on a Form 1099, and the Consultant shall be obligated to pay any and all federal, state, local or other income taxes and all employment and other taxes due thereon.
Consultant’s Taxes. The Consultant is responsible for its own taxes. The Consultant undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Company in respect of all such taxes.
