Local Sales means demethanized mix sold within Group 100 for fractionation within Group 100, or components extracted from Group 100 demethanized mix through fractionation at fractionation facilities within Group 100.
Local Sales means Product that is fractionated at the origins, as reflected in the table of incentive rates in Item No. 100, for application to Item No. 96 and Item No. 97, for distribution and sale exclusively into markets served by truck or rail; however, Local Sales does not include Product that is fractionated for transport into other pipelines.

The parties hereto acknowledge that in accordance with the regulations pertaining to the Superfund excise tax that SMRC, as owner and operator of the Refinery, is required to remit the Superfund excise tax to the federal government. v. "Local Inventory and Receivable Carrying Cost(s)" means the portion of interest, at the rate charged to Petro Source under its bank credit facility, incurred to purchase and hold inventory and receivables pending payment; and letters of credit cost(s) which are reasonably allocable to Local Sales.

The costs of the accountants shall be borne by the Stockholders unless the accountants determination results in an additional payment to the Stockholders, in which case the costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
