Common use of Consultant's Tender Upon Termination/Retained Remedies of Agency Clause in Contracts

Consultant's Tender Upon Termination/Retained Remedies of Agency. Upon receiving a notice of termination of the WOC, Consultant shall immediately cease all activities under the WOC, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice of termination. Upon termination of the WOC, Consultant shall deliver to Agency all documents, information, works-in-progress and other property that are or would be deliverables had the WOC been completed. Upon Agency's request, Consultant shall surrender to anyone Agency designates, all documents, information, research, works-in-progress, Work Product and other property, that are deliverables or would be deliverables had the WOC been completed, that are in Consultant’s possession or control and may be needed by Agency to complete the Services.
