CONSULTATION AND DEMOCRATIZATION. 7.1 In order to maintain and further the harmonious relationship between the Employer and employees, there will be regular dialogue between the Association and the Ministry responsible for the Public Service and Management officials to whom this Agreement directly relates, on the matters pertaining to redundancies, changes in working conditions, hours of work, staffing, and restructuring etc. and other matters affecting the Civil Service.
