CONSULTATION AND DEMOCRATIZATION. In order to maintain and further the harmonious relationship between the Employer and employees there will be regular dialogue between the Association and Ministry with responsibility for the Police and Management officials to whom this Agreement directly relates, on matters pertaining to redundancies, changes in working conditions, hours of work, staffing and restructuring etc. and other matters affecting the Royal St. Lucia Police Force.
