Consultation During Construction Sample Clauses
The 'Consultation During Construction' clause requires ongoing communication and collaboration between the parties involved in a construction project throughout the building process. Typically, this clause obligates the contractor, owner, and sometimes the architect or engineer to meet regularly, share updates, and discuss any issues or changes that arise during construction. By establishing a formal process for consultation, the clause helps ensure that all parties remain informed, can address problems promptly, and can make coordinated decisions, thereby reducing misunderstandings and minimizing project delays.
