Common use of Consultation on Financing Plan Clause in Contracts

Consultation on Financing Plan. Before issuing each series of Water System Facility Revenue Bonds, the State shall consult with the Contractors, prepare a plan for the State’s future financing of Water System Facilities, and give the Agency an opportunity to comment on the plan. The plan shall include but not be limited to the size of any Water System Facility Revenue Bond issuances and the form of any necessary resolutions, indentures or supplements.
