As often as necessary, but in no event less than once per calendar quarter, the Licensee Representatives or their designees shall be given access to members of Clearwire's management and/or technical staff to review the process and content of information sharing pursuant to this Section 20, and to address any questions or concerns about the manner, timeliness and completeness of the information received, in addition to questions about its content.
