Consultation; Quarterly Reports. The Manager agrees to use its best efforts at all times to keep the Members advised of material matters affecting the Company and to provide periodic reports to the Members, which may be oral or in written form at the Manager’s discretion. Further, the Manager will be available for questions during normal business hours.
