Common use of Consultation with Legal Counsel Clause in Contracts

Consultation with Legal Counsel. Guarantor acknowledges that the waivers in Section 2.4 and 2.5 herein are a material inducement to Lender to make Revolving Loans under the Loan Agreement and that Lender is relying upon the foregoing waivers in its future dealings with Borrower. Guarantor warrants and represents that Guarantor has reviewed the foregoing waivers with Guarantor's legal counsel and that, after such review with such legal counsel, Guarantor has agreed to the foregoing waivers.

Guarantor warrants and represents that Guarantor it has reviewed the foregoing waivers with Guarantor's its legal counsel and that, after such review with such its legal counsel, Guarantor has agreed to the foregoing waivers.
