Consultations and Exchange of Information. 1. The Parties agree to consult promptly, on the request of either, to resolve any disputes in connection with the Treaty, or to discuss any matter relating to the interpretation or application of the Treaty, including any matter relating to the laws, regulations, administrative practices, adjudicatory decisions, or policies of one Party that pertain or affect investments of the other Party.
