Other Agreements Providing for Exchange of Information. The rights and obligations granted under this Article IV are subject to any specific limitations, qualifications or additional provisions on the sharing, exchange or confidential treatment of information set forth in any Ancillary Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, (i) the Tax Matters Agreement shall govern the retention of Tax related records and the exchange of Tax related information and (ii) the Employee Matters Agreement shall govern the retention of employment and benefits related records.

The rights and obligations granted under this Article IV are subject to any specific limitations, qualifications or additional provisions on the sharing, exchange or confidential treatment of information set forth in any Ancillary Agreement or in any other agreement to which a member of the MSG Group and a member of the Spinco Group is a party.

The rights and obligations granted under this Section 3.3 are subject to any specific limitations, qualifications or additional provisions on the sharing, exchange or confidential treatment of Information set forth in this Agreement and any Inter-Company Agreement.
Other Agreements Providing for Exchange of Information. (a) Any Party that receives, pursuant to a request for Information in accordance with this Article III, Information that is not relevant to its request shall promptly either destroy such Information or return it to the providing Party, at the option of the providing Party, and if the receiving Party elects to destroy such Information, then the receiving party shall promptly deliver written confirmation (including by email) of the destruction of such Information to the providing Party.
