Consulting/Employment Agreements. At the Closing, Grandi, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx shall have entered into a consulting or employment agreement, as applicable, with Buyer or the Company on the terms set forth on Schedule 10.14, as applicable.
