Common use of Consulting Fees Clause in Contracts

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 one-hundred and fifty-thousand (one hundred fifty thousand150,000) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 1,000,000 (one hundred fifty thousandone-million) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 500,000 (one five hundred fifty thousandthousnad) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) 2,229,101 fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 1,500,000 (one one-million five hundred fifty thousand) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 250,000 (one two hundred fifty thousand) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares shall be issued to an individual designee of the Consultant.

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 750,000 (one seven hundred fifty thousand) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares shall be issued to an individual designee of the Consultant.

Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon after the execution of this Agreementagreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) 360,000 fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares")SHARES").3.2.

Consulting Fees. Consulting Fees. In consideration for the availability of Consultant during the term hereunder and the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, promptly upon execution of this Agreement, the Company will issue to Consultant as payment 150,000 300,000 (one three hundred fifty thousand) fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Shares").
