Consulting work. During the Consulting Period, the Consultant shall act as Internet Business Developer and the Consultant shall have the duties, responsibilities and obligations customarily assigned to individuals serving in the position or positions in which the Consultant serves hereunder. The Consultant shall report to the President of the Company. Rights to all tangible, intangible and intellectual property including, but not limited to Copyrights, Patents and Trade Marks that the Consultant produces during the Consultant period belongs and will after any termination of the Consulting period belong to the Company, and the Consultant and the Company hereby agree to draft a detailed agreement at a later stage in regard to that matter. The Consultant is not required to devote his full time to the services required of him hereunder, but shall use his best efforts, judgment, skill and energy to perform such services in a manner consonant with the duties of his position and to improve and advance the business and interests of the Company.
Consulting work. During the Consulting Period, the Consultant shall act as a Marketing Researcher in Europe for the Company and the Consultant shall have the duties, responsibilities and obligations customarily assigned to individuals serving in the position or positions in which the Consultant serves hereunder. The Consultant shall report to the CEO of the Company. Rights to all tangible, intangible and intellectual property including, but not limited to Copyrights, Patents and Trade Marks that the Consultant produces during the Consultant period belongs and will after any termination of the Consulting period belong to the Company, and the Consultant and the Company hereby agree to draft a detailed agreement at a later stage in regard to that matter. The Consultant shall not devote his full time to the services required of him hereunder, but shall, except for vacation time and reasonable periods of absence due to sickness, personal injury or other disability, use his best efforts, judgment, skill and energy to perform such services in a manner consonant with the duties of his position and to improve and advance the business and interests of the Company.
Consulting work. During the Consulting Period, the Consultant shall act as Technical Engineer and the Consultant shall have the duties, responsibilities and obligations customarily assigned to individuals serving in the position or positions in which the Consultant serves hereunder. The Consultant shall report to the Director of VP of Operations of the Company. Rights to all tangible, intangible and intellectual property including, but not limited to Copyrights, Patents and Trade Marks that the Consultant produces during the Consultant period belongs and will after any termination of the Consulting period belong to the Company, and the Consultant and the Company hereby agree to draft a detailed agreement at a later stage in regard to that matter. The Consultant shall devote his full time to the services required of him hereunder, except for vacation time and reasonable periods of absence due to sickness, personal injury or other disability, and shall use her best efforts, judgment, skill and energy to perform such services in a manner consonant with the duties of his position and to improve and advance the business and interests of the Company.

During the Consulting Period, the Consultant shall act as VP of Technical Operations and head of the High- Technology Research Department of the Company and the Consultant shall have the duties, responsibilities and obligations customarily assigned to individuals serving in the position or positions in which the Consultant serves hereunder. The Consultant shall report to the Director of Business Development of the Company. Rights to all tangible, intangible and intellectual property including, but not limited to Copyrights, Patents and Trade Marks that the Consultant produces during the Consultant period belongs and will after any termination of the Consulting period belong to the Company, and the Consultant and the Company hereby agree to draft a detailed agreement at a later stage in regard to that matter. The Consultant shall devote his full time to the services required of him hereunder, except for vacation time and reasonable periods of absence due to sickness, personal injury or other disability, and shall use her best efforts, judgment, skill and energy to perform such services in a manner consonant with the duties of his position and to improve and advance the business and interests of the Company.
Consulting work. The Superintendent’s full time, skill, labor and attention shall be devoted to the performance of the duties of the School District’s Superintendent of Schools. Provided that such activities do not interfere with her duties under this Agreement, the Superintendent may serve as a consultant to other companies, school districts or educational agencies, lecture, teach, engage in writing and speaking activities, and engage in other outside professional activities for compensation (hereinafter referred to as “Consulting Work”). Any Consulting Work undertaken by the Superintendent must be performed while utilizing the Superintendent’s accrued vacation time and personal leave time or during holidays or other non-duty time. In advance of performing any Consulting Work, the Superintendent will disclose same in writing to SBBC.
Consulting work. During the Term, Executive may perform outside consulting work (the “Consulting Work”), provided that (i) the Board determines that such Consulting Work benefits the Company and (ii) approves such Consulting Work in writing prior to its consummation. The Company shall receive all fees related to Executive’s Consulting Work from the date hereof until the end of the Term. The Parties agree that, during the Term, Executive shall be entitled to retain ownership of his consulting business, keep any equity awards he receives from any third parties to which he provides Consulting Work, and to resume receiving any and all fees from Consulting Work following the end of the Term.
Consulting work. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant agrees to perform, and Company agrees to retain and pay Consultant for, the following work (the "Consulting Work"):
1. To assist the Company in gaining sponsors and customers for its products.
2. To act as financial and business advisor for the Company.
3. To perform such other duties as mutually agreed between the Company and Consultant.
Consulting work. To the extent that during the Term HBI requires consulting work from Quick-Med in connection with the wear tests or for other work due to requests made by HBI (and accepted by Quick-Med) for development work, then the rate for such work shall be at $1000 per day per person. In addition, the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for food, lodging, travel, and consumables incurred and for third party expenses (including, without limitation, independent third party consultants and laboratory expenses) incurred by Quick-Med will be separately billed as incurred and paid by HBI, subject to submission to HBI of evidence of such out-of-pocket expenses in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to HBI. All bills shall be issued on the last day of the month in which the work is performed and paid within fifty-five (55) days of the date thereof.
Consulting work. The Superintendent shall devote his full time, skill, labor and attention to the performance of his official duties. Provided that such activities No Change No Change do not interfere with his duties under this Agreement, the Superintendent may serve as a consultant to other companies, school districts or educational agencies, lecture, teach, engage in writing and speaking activities, and engage in other outside professional activities for compensation (hereinafter referred to as “Consulting Work”). Any Consulting Work undertaken by the Superintendent must be performed on the Superintendent’s vacation time, personal leave time, holidays or other non-duty time. The Superintendent will disclose to SBBC in writing any Consulting Work he will perform in advance of performing same.
Consulting work. The Superintendent may, with prior written consent of the Board, undertake consulting work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing and other professional duties and obligations that do not conflict or interfere with the Superintendent's professional services to the District or result in any financial cost to the District.
