Common use of Consulting work Clause in Contracts

Consulting work. During the Consulting Period, the Consultant shall act as a Marketing Researcher in Europe for the Company and the Consultant shall have the duties, responsibilities and obligations customarily assigned to individuals serving in the position or positions in which the Consultant serves hereunder.
