Common use of Consumer Fee Clause in Contracts

Consumer Fee. A Consumer fee shall be charged from a Sender in the amount set in the Tariffs, unless otherwise provided for herein or by agreement of the Parties, for the service of sending a money transfer to a Receiver at a Sender’s request. When calculated, a Consumer fee is rounded to the nearest integral value of convertible monetary unit (cents, eurocents or similar convertible monetary units of other currencies), but not more than two decimal places, except for Transfers in Russian roubles. Regarding Transfers in Russian roubles, Consumer fee shall be rounded to the nearest integral value of monetary unit upwards (excluding fractional part: copecks). Therewith the amount of remuneration of the Payment Center is increased for the amount for which the Consumer Fee was increased to round off.
