Common use of CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT Clause in Contracts

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 13.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Goods and Services from LAE for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 13.1 14.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Goods and Services goods or services from LAE Abseil Access for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.
