  • Payee Limitation We reserve the right to refuse to pay any Payee to whom you may direct a payment. We will notify you promptly if we decide to refuse to pay a Payee designated by you. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a prohibited payment as set forth in the Prohibited Payments Section below or an Exception Payment under this Agreement.
