Common use of Consumer Law Clause in Contracts

Consumer Law. If any legislation states that there is a guarantee in relation to any Maintenance or Enhancements supplied by RIB in connection with this GTC, then RIB’s liability for such failure is limited (at the RIB’s election) to RIB supplying the Maintenance or Enhancements again or paying the cost of having the Maintenance and Enhancements supplied again.
