CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1987. If the Company incurs any liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (or any statutory modification or re-enactment of that Act), the Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified the Company in respect of such liability to the extent that the liability has arisen due to any act, omission or default by the Customer.
