Consumer Requests. To the extent applicable, and subject to the nature of the Processing and the information available to UKG, UKG will reasonably assist Customer with the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to consumer requests for exercising the data subject's rights as set out under the U.S. Privacy Laws.
Consumer Requests. Company shall utilize the option made available by Ifficient in connection with the Ad Placement to flag/identify, in real-time, any and all Users who have opted-out from the sharing/sale of their personal information. In addition, Company shall immediately notify Ifficient, in writing, of any requests received from any individual whose personal information was provided to/collected by Ifficient in connection with this Agreement, including any requests made pursuant to Applicable Privacy Laws to: (a) disclose the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, categories of sources from which the personal information was collected, categories of personal information that the business sold and/or the business purpose for the collection or sale of personal information; (b) access any personal information collected; and/or (c) delete any personal information collected. Company shall timely respond to any and all such requests, as required by Applicable Privacy Laws, and provide Ifficient with a copy of each such response.
Consumer Requests. If Splunk receives a Consumer Request from Customer’s Consumer, it will promptly notify Customer. Splunk will refrain from responding to the Consumer except to acknowledge receipt of the Consumer Request, to which Customer hereby agrees. Customer can address Consumer Requests within the Offering in accordance with the applicable Documentation. Upon Customer’s request, Splunk will provide reasonable assistance to help Customer fulfil a Consumer Request. Splunk reserves the right to charge a mutually agreed fee for assistance rendered upon Customer request. Requests for assistance from Splunk hereunder should be made to XXX@xxxxxx.xxx.
Consumer Requests. Subject to PrimePay complying with its obligations under Section 3.3, Customer shall be responsible for all communications in relation to all Consumer Requests in relation to Consumer Personal Information under Applicable Privacy Laws.
Consumer Requests. (1) To the extent that Customer is required by law to comply with any consumer request regarding Personal Information held by either Customer or its service providers, Supplier shall assist Customer, at no additional cost, with the collection and/or deletion of Personal Information in its possession. Any requests from Customer for assistance with responding to a consumer inquiry shall be submitted via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.
(2) Within twenty (20) days of an email request from Customer as described above, Supplier will, as applicable and only where required by law, (i) provide information requested by Customer about Supplier’s use and disclosure of the Personal Information (including, but not limited to, the categories of Personal Information that were collected and categories of subcontractors or third parties to whom Supplier has disclosed the Personal Information) and as otherwise necessary to facilitate Customer’s compliance with applicable laws; (ii) provide, or facilitate Customer in obtaining, the specific pieces of Personal Information that Supplier has collected or otherwise obtained about a consumer on behalf of Customer; and (iii) securely erase or destroy the Personal Information, including any copies maintained by any Supplier subcontractor. If specific pieces of Personal Information are requested, and if the Personal Information is maintained in an electronic format, the Personal Information shall be provided electronically as directed by Customer, or made available to Customer through Customer’s online portal with Supplier, at no additional cost in a portable and readily usable format.
Consumer Requests. 3.1 TD shall reasonably cooperate with Company if a Consumer provides a verifiable request for (i) access to his or her Personal Information, (ii) information about the categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected, or (iii) information about the categories or specific pieces of the Consumer’s Personal Information. Company shall be responsible for ensuring adequate authentication of such Consumer requests. TD shall use reasonable efforts to inform Company of any request it receives from Consumers with respect to Company.
3.2 In the event Company receives a verifiable consumer request from a Consumer to delete the Consumer’s Personal Information that Company has been able to sufficiently authenticate, Company may direct TD to delete the Consumer’s Personal Information from its records; provided that TD shall not be required to comply with a request to delete the Consumer’s Personal Information if it is necessary for TD to maintain in accordance with the permitted purposes set forth in § 1798.105(d)(1) – (9) of the CCPA.
Consumer Requests. 5.1. Customer agrees to: (i) inform Cloze of any consumer request made pursuant to the CCPA that they must assist Customer to comply with and (ii) provide the information necessary for Cloze to comply with the request.

At Company’s request, Disco will promptly, and in any event within 10 business days of Company’s request, assist Company with Company’s obligations to respond to Consumers’ requests to exercise their rights under the CCPA, including without limitation by securely deleting or refraining from Selling or Sharing any Personal Information identified by Company.
Consumer Requests. If Alexa receives a request from a consumer with respect to Customer Data (such as a request to delete or grant access to Customer Data for which Alexa is a service provider under CCPA), Alexa will tell the consumer to submit such request to Customer.
Consumer Requests. In the event Company receives a consumer question or request directed to AHS relating to any AHS Information or the exercise of any consumer rights with respect thereto, Company shall forward such request to AHS within five (5) business days following Company’s receipt thereof.
