Consumer Sales such Account arises with respect to goods that are sold by any party directly to individual consumers;
Consumer Sales. Any provision herein set out to the extent to which it would by virtue of the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 be of no effect as against a person dealing as a consumer, shall not apply in respect of a sale to a person so dealing.
Consumer Sales. If the sale of the Supplies to the Buyer is a consumer transaction then nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.
