Consumer Use Only. The personal banking online system and the Mobile Banking Services are intended for individuals with consumer accounts as defined by Regulation E. Mobile Banking Services are only offered through the personal banking online system and are not intended for non-consumer accounts. You acknowledge that the Bank offers a Business Banking Service known as “Business Online” for non-consumer accounts which provides additional security features. Non-consumer customers who use the personal banking online system and the Mobile Banking Services authorize the Bank to accept fund transfer instructions affecting non-consumer accounts and do so at their own and sole risk. You acknowledge your responsibility for all funds transferred affecting your non- consumer accounts initiated using the personal banking online system and Mobile Banking Services. The Bank shall have no duty to verify the identity of the person or persons using your personal Online banking account to
Consumer Use Only. The Cards are not specifically designed or intended for business or commercial purposes. Therefore, you may only use your Card for personal, family and household purposes, and may not use your Card for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to making transfers or payments on behalf of any other person or entity. You agree to take full responsibility if your Designated Account(s) are business or commercial accounts and to reimburse us for any loss, costs or expenses we incur as a result of your use of the Card for business or commercial purposes.

Consumer Use Only. You agree that any accounts opened under this Agreement shall be for consumer, family, and household use only and that we may restrict activities on any such accounts or close them if we determine that any of them have been used for business purposes.
