Consumer Use Only. The Cards are not specifically designed or intended for business or commercial purposes. Therefore, you may only use your Card for personal, family and household purposes, and may not use your Card for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to making transfers or payments on behalf of any other person or entity. You agree to take full responsibility if your Designated Account(s) are business or commercial accounts and to reimburse us for any loss, costs or expenses we incur as a result of your use of the Card for business or commercial purposes.
